Since Mexico is in stage three of the demographic transition model most of their population contains people from age 0-39 years old. This means that people will also not live very long because they don't have the correct medicine for proper treatment. The pyramid that represents their population will have a very wide base that comes to a sharp point.

In this population pyramid, the CBR has dropped even more. Now most of the population is between the ages 0-44 years old. People still live until the age 95. This is a well developed stage 3 in the DTM. There is almost a balance between the amount of cities there are and the amount of rural area there is.
